These terms govern your use of Imari. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and follow the rules below.

Using Imari

Imari lets you create AI-generated images from prompts, reference images, and selected styles. You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and images you choose to create, save, or share.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for any reference image or personal information you upload. Do not upload private images of other people without permission.

You may not use Imari to create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hateful or harassing content, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation intended to mislead, or content that violates another person's rights.

Generated content

AI-generated results can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to existing works. Review images before using or sharing them.

Generations are subject to these terms and any applicable model or platform restrictions.

You are responsible for making sure your use of generated images is lawful in your location and appropriate for your audience.

Subscriptions and credits

Imari offers a Pro auto-renewable subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Pro is currently priced at $4.99 per month and includes 300 monthly credits while the subscription is active.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Credits are an internal usage allowance for image generation. Included monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over unless we explicitly say otherwise.

You may purchase consumable bonus credit packs through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchased bonus credits do not expire and are used after monthly credits.

In-App Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's purchase, refund, and family sharing policies.

Apple handles App Store billing and refund decisions. If Apple grants a refund or your subscription expires, Pro monthly credits and limits may be removed.

Accounts and enforcement

We may block prompts, refuse generation, remove content, suspend access, or delete accounts when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion may not remove records we need to retain for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, or service integrity.
