Need help with Imari? Send us enough detail to reproduce the issue and we will take a look.

Email support@getimari.com for app issues, purchase questions, account deletion help, privacy requests, or safety reports.

Include your device model, iOS version, the screen where the issue happened, and any error message you saw. Do not send passwords, Apple credentials, or payment card details.

Purchases

If Pro credits do not appear after purchase, open Settings and tap Restore purchases.

Apple manages subscription cancellation and refunds. To cancel, open your Apple Account subscriptions. To request a refund, use Apple's report-a-problem flow.

Safety and deletion

Use the in-app report action for images you believe violate the content policy.

You can delete chats and images from their detail screens. You can delete your account from Settings.
