Information we collect

Account information from Apple Sign In, Google Sign-In if enabled, or email sign-in if enabled. This can include your email address, name, provider account ID, and session records.

Prompts, conversation history, generated images, reference uploads, favorites, image action logs such as saves and shares, reports, and app settings needed to provide the image generation experience.

Subscription and purchase status from RevenueCat and Apple, including app user IDs, entitlement status, product identifiers, renewal, refund, cancellation, and expiration events.

Operational information such as server logs, error records, request metadata, and abuse-prevention signals used to keep the service reliable and safe.

How we use information

We use account information to sign you in, sync your purchases, secure your session, and support account deletion.

We use prompts, uploads, and generated images to create and store your image conversations, enforce usage credits, and improve safety workflows such as content reporting.

We use favorite, save, share, and report action logs to maintain your library, understand feature usage, improve product quality, and support safety workflows.

We use subscription data to apply monthly Pro credits, process restores, and respond to cancellation, refund, and expiration events.

We do not sell your personal information or use third-party advertising tracking in Imari.

Service providers

Imari uses Vercel and Neon for server hosting and database storage, Cloudflare R2 for image storage, Vercel AI Gateway and model providers for image generation, RevenueCat and Apple for subscriptions, and Resend for email codes if email sign-in is enabled.

Generated images and reference uploads are stored in Cloudflare R2 using unguessable object keys. Anyone with a direct public image URL may be able to view that image, so do not share image URLs with people you do not want to have access.

When you submit a prompt or reference image, it may be sent to an AI model provider through Vercel AI Gateway so the model can generate a response.

Your choices

You can delete individual chats or images from inside the app. Some storage cleanup is best effort when remote object deletion fails.

You can delete your account from Settings. We disable account access and start deletion from active systems, while retaining limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, or service integrity.
